Welcome to\nOUENZE.COM! By registering as a seller on our platform, you agree to comply\nwith the following terms and conditions outlined in this Seller Agreement.\nPlease read them carefully before using our services.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>

1.\nAcceptance of Terms<\/o:p><\/span><\/b><\/p>

By creating\na seller account on OUENZE.COM, you agree to adhere to all terms and conditions\nof this Seller Agreement and any additional policies provided by OUENZE.COM.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>

2.\nEligibility<\/o:p><\/span><\/b><\/p>

To become a\nseller, you must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to\nenter into this agreement. By registering, you represent that you meet these\nrequirements.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>

3.\nAccount Registration<\/o:p><\/span><\/b><\/p>

  • Sellers must provide accurate\n and complete information during the registration process.<\/o:p><\/span><\/li>\n
  • You are responsible for\n maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all\n activities that occur under your account.<\/o:p><\/span><\/li>\n
  • OUENZE.COM reserves the right\n to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided is found\n to be false or misleading.<\/o:p><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>

    4.\nProduct Listings<\/o:p><\/span><\/b><\/p>

    • You agree to list only products\n that comply with applicable laws and regulations.<\/o:p><\/span><\/li>\n
    • All product descriptions,\n images, and pricing must be accurate and not misleading.<\/o:p><\/span><\/li>\n
    • OUENZE.COM reserves the right\n to review, edit, or remove any product listings at our discretion.<\/o:p><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>

      5. Fees\nand Payments<\/o:p><\/span><\/b><\/p>

      • OUENZE.COM charges a commission\n fee of 10% to 20%<\/b> on each sale, depending on the product category.<\/o:p><\/span><\/li>\n
      • Payment for sales will be\n processed through your selected payment method after the buyer receives\n the product.<\/o:p><\/span><\/li>\n
      • Shipping fees will be\n determined at checkout and may vary based on the product and delivery\n location.<\/o:p><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>

        6.\nShipping and Delivery<\/o:p><\/span><\/b><\/p>

        • It is the seller’s\n responsibility to package items securely to prevent damage during transit.<\/o:p><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>

          7.\nReturns and Refunds<\/o:p><\/span><\/b><\/p>

          • OUENZE.COM has a returns and\n refunds policy in place. Sellers are required to comply with this policy\n for handling returns and refunds of their products.<\/o:p><\/span><\/li>\n
          • In the event of a return,\n sellers may be responsible for covering the return shipping costs,\n depending on the reason for the return.<\/o:p><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>

            8.\nIntellectual Property<\/o:p><\/span><\/b><\/p>

            • By listing products on\n OUENZE.COM, you confirm that you own or have the necessary rights to use\n all content associated with your listings, including images, descriptions,\n and trademarks.<\/o:p><\/span><\/li>\n
            • You grant OUENZE.COM a\n non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and\n distribute your product listings on our platform.<\/o:p><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>

              9.\nLimitation of Liability<\/o:p><\/span><\/b><\/p>

              OUENZE.COM\nshall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages\narising from your use of the platform or your products. Sellers agree to\nindemnify and hold OUENZE.COM harmless from any claims arising from their\nlistings.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>

              10.\nAmendments<\/o:p><\/span><\/b><\/p>

              OUENZE.COM\nreserves the right to modify this Seller Agreement at any time. Continued use\nof the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes made.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>

              11.\nGoverning Law<\/o:p><\/span><\/b><\/p>

              This Seller\nAgreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the\nDemocratic Republic of Congo.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>
