This License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legally binding contract between you (\u201cUser\u201d) and OUENZE.COM, located in Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of Congo (\u201cwe\u201d or \u201cus\u201d). By accessing or using our website, services, and platform (\u201cPlatform\u201d), you agree to comply with and be bound by this Agreement.<\/span><\/p>

1. Grant of License<\/span><\/b><\/p>

OUENZE.COM grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with this Agreement. This license does not include the right to:<\/span><\/p>

  • Modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Platform or its content without express written permission.<\/span><\/li>
  • Sell, sublicense, lease, or distribute any part of the Platform or its content.<\/span><\/li>
  • Access or use the Platform for purposes that may be harmful to OUENZE.COM or for competitive analysis.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

    2. Ownership and Intellectual Property<\/span><\/b><\/p>

    All content, software, and intellectual property on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by OUENZE.COM or its licensors and are protected under copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws in the DRC and internationally. Unauthorized use of any materials on the Platform may lead to civil or criminal penalties.<\/span><\/p>

    3. User Responsibilities and Restrictions<\/span><\/b><\/p>

    Users agree to:<\/span><\/p>

    • Use the Platform only for lawful purposes, in compliance with applicable DRC laws and regulations.<\/span><\/li>
    • Respect the intellectual property rights of OUENZE.COM and third-party licensors.<\/span><\/li>
    • Refrain from decompiling, reverse-engineering, disassembling, or attempting to derive the source code of any software on the Platform.<\/span><\/li>
    • Avoid any action that could damage, disable, or impair the functionality of the Platform.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

      4. Privacy and Data Protection<\/span><\/b><\/p>

      OUENZE.COM is committed to safeguarding your privacy in line with applicable data protection regulations in the DRC. By using the Platform, you consent to our collection, use, and sharing of data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.<\/span><\/p>

      5. Termination<\/span><\/b><\/p>

      OUENZE.COM reserves the right to terminate or restrict access to the Platform at any time if a User violates this Agreement or engages in any activity that could harm the reputation, security, or operation of the Platform.<\/span><\/p>

      6. Disclaimer of Warranties<\/span><\/b><\/p>

      OUENZE.COM provides the Platform “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.<\/span><\/p>

      7. Limitation of Liability<\/span><\/b><\/p>

      To the fullest extent permitted by DRC law, OUENZE.COM and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use or inability to use the Platform.<\/span><\/p>

      8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction<\/span><\/b><\/p>

      This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Democratic Republic of Congo. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Kinshasa, DRC.<\/span><\/p>

      9. Changes to this Agreement<\/span><\/b><\/p>

      OUENZE.COM reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after modifications indicate acceptance of the updated Agreement.<\/span><\/p>
