3. Account Registration

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• OUENZE.COM reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided is found to be false or misleading.

4. Product Listings

• You agree to list only products that comply with applicable laws and regulations.
• All product descriptions, images, and pricing must be accurate and not misleading.
• OUENZE.COM reserves the right to review, edit, or remove any product listings at our discretion.

5. Fees and Payments

• OUENZE.COM charges a commission fee of 10% to 20% on each sale, depending on the product category.
• Payment for sales will be processed through your selected payment method after the buyer receives the product.
• Shipping fees will be determined at checkout and may vary based on the product and delivery location.

6. Shipping and Delivery

• OUENZE.COM will handle all shipping and delivery of products sold on the platform.
• Sellers must ensure that products are ready for shipment once a sale is made.
• We offer various shipping options, including standard and same-day delivery, based on the buyer’s location.
• It is the seller’s responsibility to package items securely to prevent damage during transit.

7. Returns and Refunds

• OUENZE.COM has a returns and refunds policy in place. Sellers are required to comply with this policy for handling returns and refunds of their products.
• In the event of a return, sellers may be responsible for covering the return shipping costs, depending on the reason for the return.

8. Intellectual Property

• You grant OUENZE.COM a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your product listings on our platform.

OUENZE.COM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or your products. Sellers agree to indemnify and hold OUENZE.COM harmless from any claims arising from their listings.

10. Amendments

OUENZE.COM reserves the right to modify this Seller Agreement at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes made.

11. Governing Law

This Seller Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Republic of Congo.
