Important Notes

• Timing: Orders can only be canceled before they have been processed for shipping. If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our return process.
• Payment Refund: Once the cancellation is processed, any payments made will be refunded to the original payment method. Refunds may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account.
